New Home Inspections

It is a common belief that new homes have no issues with them. The fact is, homes are being built as quickly as possible and quite often corner are cut or things are missed. We offer a thorough inspection for new homes at a flat rate regardless of the size. During the inspection we perform a depressurization test on the home to see how well it is sealed. This test will tell exactly where all the leaks are coming from and how much air is leaking out of the house. On top of this test we inspect all the same components as our buyers home inspections. With the information gained from having a new home inspection you can have the builder correct the issues before taking possession.

Home Inspection Report

Our detailed home inspection report goes through every single component of the home. We have two report options. The first is a digital report that is similar in format to our hard copy report except it is delivered in digital format and includes pictures of the house components throughout the report. The second is a hard copy report that it is completed on the spot right after the home inspection is finished up. Almost all of our reports are digital in format, but if an on the spot hard copy is needed this should be requested at the time of booking. Click here to see a sample of the inspection section of the report. Also included in the reports is a maintenance checklist section as well as a budgeting section for future repairs.
Time slots available for inspections are as follow:
7 days a week:  (8:00am - 12:00pm)
                             (1:00pm - 5:00pm)
                                 
If you are unable to make our regular time slots we will try our best to accommodate your schedule. Evenings can be made available under special arrangement as long as there is sufficient light outside.
