Affinity Inspections offers two packages for pre-listing inspections. The first one is our  full pre-listing inspection, which includes a detailed written report of all of the house systems that were inspected. As well a maintenance program and home repair estimate section is included. Our second package is the walk through package where all of the same house systems are inspected with the same amount of detail, but a verbal not a written report is given. We go through the entire property inspecting each system from the roof to the foundation and everything in between. Our obligation is to observe and report a comprehensive, fair and impartial assessment of all the components of the property in accordance with our industry's "Standards of Practice" and "Code of Ethics".

Eventually your buyers are going to conduct an inspection. You may as well know what they are going to find by getting there first.  Having Affinity Inspections perform an inspection ahead of time helps you in many ways:

  • It allows you to see your home through the eyes of a critical third-party.

  • It permits you to make repairs ahead of time so that defects won't become negotiating stumbling blocks later on.

Home Inspection Report

Our detailed home inspection report goes through every single component of the home. We have two report options. The first is a digital report that is similar in format to our hard copy report except it is delivered in digital format and includes pictures of the house components throughout the report. The second is a hard copy report that it is completed on the spot right after the home inspection is finished up. Almost all of our reports are digital in format, but if an on the spot hard copy is needed this should be requested at the time of booking. Click here to see a sample of the inspection section of the report. Also included in the reports is a maintenance checklist section as well as a budgeting section for future repairs.
Time slots available for inspections are as follow:
7 days a week:  (8:00am - 12:00pm)
                             (1:00pm - 5:00pm)
                                
If you are unable to make our regular time slots we will try our best to accommodate your schedule. Evenings can be made available under special arrangement as long as there is sufficient light outside.
